Our Commitment to Fair Billing

At Ausculta Cor (Winter Shand Inc.), we provide professional BPO services that involve the allocation of human resources and technical infrastructure. Service Credits represent a prepayment for live agent availability and platform access, and are therefore non-refundable once purchased.

However, we are committed to resolving any billing concern quickly and fairly. If you have a question about a charge, please reach out to us at support@auscultacor.com before contacting your bank — we typically resolve billing inquiries within 1–2 business days.

If a session was affected by a verified agent error or platform technical fault, you may request a credit restoration within 48 hours of the session. We review all requests on a case-by-case basis.

1. NON-REFUNDABILITY OF CREDITS

All purchases of Service Credits are final, irrevocable, and non-refundable. Upon completion of the transaction, such credits shall be deemed immediately delivered and available for use, and shall constitute a binding commitment of the availability of our agents.

2. SERVICE SATISFACTION

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a specific call or interaction, you must file a "Service Inquiry" within 48 hours of the event. While we do not offer cash refunds, Winter Shand Inc. may, at its sole discretion, credit back the specific units to your account if a technical fault or agent error is verified.

3. NO EXPIRATION

Pursuant to applicable consumer protection laws of the Philippines, all paid Service Credits shall be non-expiring. Such credits shall remain valid, subsisting, and available for use in the account for so long as the account remains active and in good standing.

4. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

In the event that an account is terminated by the client, any remaining Service Credits shall be deemed forfeited and shall not be redeemable for cash or any monetary equivalent. In the event that an account is terminated by Winter Shand Inc. due to a breach of its Terms of Service, all remaining Service Credits shall likewise be forfeited without entitlement to refund, compensation, or redemption.

5. CHARGEBACKS

By purchasing Service Credits, you expressly agree to first contact our support team at support@auscultacor.com to seek resolution of any billing-related concerns prior to initiating any dispute or chargeback with your issuing bank or financial institution. Any unauthorized or premature chargeback shall constitute a material breach of these terms and may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account, as well as the reporting of such incident to applicable credit reporting agencies and merchant risk monitoring systems.
