These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ausculta Cor platform and services provided by Winter Shand Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with its principal office in City of Makati, Metro Manila.
Ausculta Cor is a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) platform that provides specialized agent-assisted video and audio communication services. By using our platform, you are engaging Winter Shand Inc. to provide professional support and communication services.
Purchase of Credits: To access our services, clients must purchase "Service Credits." All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).
Nature of Credits: Credits represent a prepayment for professional labor and platform access. Credits are not a form of currency, have no cash value, and are non-transferable.
Statement Descriptor: You acknowledge that all charges will appear on your bank/credit card statement under the name "AUSCULTA COR" or "WINTER SHAND INC."
Clients agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend any account that uses our agents for illegal, harassing, or prohibited activities as defined by both Philippine and US Federal laws.
Winter Shand Inc. provides services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime for our video call technology, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from technical interruptions or internet connectivity issues on the client’s side.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal actions shall be filed exclusively in the courts of City of Makati, Metro Manila.
