Our Beginning

Why We Exist

Ausculta Cor — Latin for "listen to the heart" — began with a simple observation: the world has more ways to be distracted than ever, and fewer ways to feel actually heard. Busy lives, thinning communities, and increasingly impersonal digital tools have made something as ordinary as a patient, attentive conversation surprisingly rare.

We are not a therapy service, not a dating service, and not a crisis line. We are a professional communication platform — a place where an adult client can engage a trained BPO agent for a focused conversational session: practicing English, thinking through a decision out loud, decompressing after a long day, or simply having a real human conversation with a professional who is fully present.

We are small, we are new, and we are intentionally so. We would rather grow slowly with a few agents trained to our standards than scale quickly by lowering them.

Honesty About What We Are

We publish clearly what Ausculta Cor is and is not. We are not therapists, not doctors, not dating-app hosts, and not an adult service. Telling the truth about the boundaries of our service is the first job of a professional platform.

Safety for Everyone

We protect clients and agents. A zero-tolerance Code of Conduct, a one-click in-call reporting tool, crisis-escalation protocols, and a strict no off-platform-contact rule are not afterthoughts — they are built into every session.

Respect for Data

Video and audio streams are not recorded by default. Payment card data never touches our systems. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act, and we apply CCPA and COPPA standards for our US clients.

Slow, Deliberate Growth

We would rather onboard one well-trained agent than ten untrained ones. Every agent signs a written engagement agreement, completes onboarding training, and is held to a published Code of Conduct from day one.
